To report a server outage

Please consult http://docs.rice.edu under "IT Announcements" to see if Information Technology is already aware of the outage.

If possible, please create a new request for help and include the word "URGENT" in the summary description OR email helpdesk@rice.edu and include the word "URGENT" in the subject line.

During business hours please call the Help Desk at 713-348-4357 to report the outage.

After business hours please call the Operations Desk at 713-348-4989 to report the outage.
